    • UKblow clean your shit this channel is spammed the fuck out hard

    • you post the shit terrible pinned comment every video gtfo

  • Any idea the spice/sugars portion sizes? Only mention of Zaharakos in his burger cook book is talking about Greeks in the burger business

  • Damn it, he is clearly a whack job. but I do love him. 20 year restaurant professional.

  • There's a fine line between genius and madness.

  • I feel if Johnny Knoxville were a werewolf he'd look like George Motz.

  • My wife and I went to Zaharakos recently. It was a friggin treat. PS I think there’s some cumin in the meat. Also definitely some dice up green pepper. Also they put a slice of cheese on top. Also I’ll shut up now.

  • Is there a recipe for this?

  • Это ж бургер из фильма сестер Олсен Двое: я и моя тень!!! Как же хотелось его попробовать в детстве 😭😂

  • Would be better with Velveeta

  • BBQ sauce > brown sugar for the sweet in these situations.

  • I live 30 minutes east of Columbus, Indiana, an have yet to set foot in the place lol.

    • No guests, no glitter, no gimmicks ... just George being himself LOVING hamburgers. Now that's why I LOVE this guy, and why we're all here watching this show.

  • If it's supposedly an old Dutch burger I'm wondering if my ancestors wouldn't have used Gouda...

  • @5:51 when he did that kick, I knew it was _"The ONE"_ 😋🤌🏾

    • In high school I used to get this with fries and a Green River float. Back in the day when it was a dirty, dark hole with almost no customers. It's incredibly nice now!

  • I'm literally salivating since lookups at the thumbnail 🤤🤤🤤

  • You're so incredibly right handed it hurts! Lol 😆

  • This is basically what I do with Bolognese on Toast as leftovers from the last night 😂

  • Waiting for the burn, so I can drink.😀

  • I’m not a good cook, but I’d like to try to make this. Does anyone have a list of ingredients and amounts they could provide. I need a recipe or I’m lost.

  • IDK, to me it sounds like the name is a play on the Gom Jabbar from Dune.

  • Dont add hot sauce like that itllmake your sloppy joe super sour and thats not what u want.

    • What's amazing is that even though this man has probably devoured thousands of burgers in his life, but is still visibly excited by each one

  • Boudreaux's butt paste was invented in 1970 and sold by George Boudreaux out of coventon. After Katrina (2005) it was sold to blairex. The in 2011 is was sold to fleet. So that guy you mentioned only sold it as a distributor, blairex labs, for 6 years. Hardly making a living just off boudreaux's butt paste. That stuff was legendary down here in South Louisiana to get rid of swamp butt in the summer.

  • is there an ingredients list for this, was just wondering the measurements for the spices, and what exactly was used :)

  • Is it really the burger show if George doesn’t eat the food while it’s hot and burns himself? Really though be careful lol we need you for the burger world.

  • Love the skateboard segment

  • If you ever wondered how to tell if a person is high, they do shit like, have difficulty figuring out how to manage a hot pan, when the handle is on their right and their oven mit is on their left hand. Lmao

    • Shudder to think if Mr. Motz turned his food enthusiasm for evil: "Today folks, let's take a look at some great regional potted meats, and then afterwards, let's really dig into some fantastic and unique breakfast cereals. "

  • this is so chaotic, it’s a miracle that he actually finishes with an end product. i love it

    • George would be an awesome Hot Ones guest. His reaction to the spiciness would be hilarious, lol. They could even do spicy burger sliders instead of wings if they wanted.

  • I like it with a super finely minced vidalia onion in it, so fine that when its done, you can't even see the onions even went in there.

  • Shudder to think if Mr. Motz turned his food enthusiasm for evil: "Today folks, let's take a look at some great regional potted meats, and then afterwards, let's really dig into some fantastic and unique breakfast cereals. "

  • Taking away the cooking juice, just to add water moments later... Surely the cooking juice is tastier, just keep it and add less water.

  • Lived in Indiana for my entire 28 years of life and I have never heard of a sloppy joe referred to as a "dutch hamburger"

  • I low key use to make this all the time I didn’t know it was a thing. But I put it in a grilled cheese

  • Gom beteken "glue"

  • I lived in Columbus for years and thought that place was just a soda/milkshake joint. Now you’re forcing me to go back. Thanks for letting us know Tony Stewart.

    • ukblow.info/chart/v-deo/b4SfmNnCa77UXco.html George with a lit match is one of the most stressful things I've ever seen.

  • That looks like something that gets made when someone finds themselves too drunk or high or both to be able to handle the whole hamburger

  • Have you ever found yourself in Columbus Indiana? Thankfully no I have not.

  • There is so much sh*t up those sleeves the shirt turned brown…

  • Wonder how the taste will alter if you added pickles or jalapeno too the burger you made?

  • Is it possible to word the ingredients in the description below as I'm not sure what your using and would love to make it. THANKS it looks mouth watering xx

  • You can't call it a "regional dish" when only one place serves it. You need a minimum of 2-3 places that serve it in a certain region to be a "regional dish."

    • ukblow.info/chart/v-deo/nHKUntPFj9e4krA.html I'd love to hear your opinion of a burger here in my home town in waco Texas. There are only two places I know that make it. It's called a Frisco burger. It's a cheeseburger with chopped white onions and mustard and a thick chilli sauce with sliced and chopped hotdogs mixed into the chilli. The best version of it is at Christy's burgers in waco Texas.

  • I hadn't been to Zaharakos in 10 years but I took my husband for the first time and had this brr-grr and it was, in fact, amazing! ❤

  • Nice! Reminds me of the "sloppy joe" I make.......sorta.

  • In Nebraska we called them taverns or Runzas

  • Hay George, I really love your lessons, haven‘t missed a single one and i also love your burger recipes, but how can you use olive oil for frying? I just don’t get. For me olive oil is unfit for anything but for a salad because of its taste. When frying I use tasteless oils.

  • Kinda wish you guys put the measurements for the ingredients!

  • needs deep-fried onions

    • ukblow.info/chart/v-deo/a2hgu5-QbNqZeZM.html In high school I used to get this with fries and a Green River float. Back in the day when it was a dirty, dark hole with almost no customers. It's incredibly nice now!

  • That looks tasty!!

  • Gom Cheese Brr-Grr sounds like something Monkey D. Luffy would eat. Can we see some Iowa regional burgers?

  • I made this and mine came out more like a BBQ burger - still pretty decent. I see in the vid you had tomato paste on deck, but I never saw it added - did I miss that step? Love burgers - keep up the vids.

  • spiced minced meat in toast. I made this type of thing after a few 'inhalable herbs' in uni. if only I knew I was channelling the skills of dutch stoners from 100 years ago

  • the fact you didnt butter that toast makes my heart hurt

  • A nice full sour pickle on the side to cut the richness. *Chef's kiss*

    • Get George on hot ones he's better than most of the 'famous people' - would love to see an episode with him.
